- All orders are shipped and processed within 2 business days of being received. Once it has been processed, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for it to be delivered.
MY PAYMENT DIDN'T GO THROUGH? CAN YOU HELP?
- To ensure a smooth transaction, please ensure that the billing address matches that of the address on the credit card being used to purchase the item.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER? DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
- We currently ship all items through United States Postal Service Priority and First Class. For all orders shipped via First Class Package,the delivery timef rame is 5-7 days from the date shipped. For orders placed via Priority the time frame is 3-5 days from the date shipped. Yes, we do offer international shipping and this has a 7-10 day time frame.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- Most definitely! Once your order has been processed and shipped you will be provided with a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- If your order has not yet been fulfilled you may send us an email at hello@klosetessentials.com to request your cancellation.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
- We are sorry but at this time we do not offer refunds. You have 5 business days from the date the item was delivered to return it for a store gift card. See our return policy for further details.
AN ITEM THAT I LOVE IS OUT OF STOCK? HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
- Make sure you are following us on Instagram: @klosetessentials_ as we often post our restocked items here.
- Go to the product and enter your email address so that you can be notified when items are restocked.
